SD Keiji Blader released in English!



After a long silence, I've finally managed to release this patch due to a massive amount of help from my friends.

We also translated the manual for this game, so grab it here, if have any questions :)
As usually, I will be really grateful for any bug/misspelling reports accompanied with some screenshots and save states :)

  1. I just wanted to point out a slight error in the translation. While in Ochamomizu the NPC wondering around by the road in the north part of town tells me that Okachimachi is towards the west where it actually towards the east. Otherwise this translation seems pretty good so far.

  2. Yeah, the original game is full of misleading directions for some reasons. We tried to correct the most of them. Thanks for the info!

  4. Errr... Virtual NES you mean? Just checked on version 0.97 - it works. For better result use the emulators specified in the readme ;)

  8. Sorry, but I just won't be distributing rom files through here. You can actually try any other rom expander software, like nflate or hexexposure.

  9. Привет, я сделал игру с вашим переводом на картридже. Но игра виснет после того как вводишь имя героя. https://youtu.be/ygK_LeGGvLo
    Вот тут говорится, что игра проверяет CRC PRG и CHR. https://tcrf.net/SD_Keiji:_Blader
    Я запустил тест на репродукции и игра выдала красный экран и сообщение об ошибке PRG и CHR.
    Можно ли исправить ваш перевод так, чтобы он работал на оригинальном мапере Taito's X1-017?

  10. Тут уже сомневаюсь, давно было. Там очень много чего в роме менялось, тяжелый проект был. Гарантию мы давали только на эмули.
